{"id":402,"date":"2025-07-23T01:37:36","date_gmt":"2025-07-23T01:37:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snowhouse.ca\/produit\/htf-1100-is-a-high-temperature-furnace\/"},"modified":"2026-03-10T21:08:17","modified_gmt":"2026-03-10T21:08:17","slug":"htf-1100-is-a-high-temperature-furnace","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"http:\/\/snowhouse.ca\/fr\/produit\/potentiostats-galvanostats-fra\/add-on-instruments\/htf-1100-is-a-high-temperature-furnace\/","title":{"rendered":"HTF-1100"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>HTF-1100 &#8211;<\/strong>High Temperature Furnace<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>A reliable solution for high-temperature material testing<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The HTF-1100 is a horizontal laboratory tube<strong>\u00a0furnace<\/strong>\u00a0dedicated to the\u00a0<strong>electrical characterization<\/strong>\u00a0of materials and for\u00a0<strong>heat treatment<\/strong>\u00a0in the range between 150 \u00b0C and 1100 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>The HTF-1100 is controlled by MT-Lab software when it is used with \u00a0a MTZ-35\u00a0<strong>impedance analyzer<\/strong>. It can also be controlled manually through the programmable Watlow controller accessible on the front panel of the furnace. This controller facilitates the set-up and consequent monitoring of the furnace temperature during tests.<\/p>\n<p>The furnace accommodates many tubular High Temperature\u00a0<strong>Sample Holders<\/strong>\u00a0(HTSH-1100). A k-type\u00a0<strong>thermocouple<\/strong>\u00a0placed in the bottom of the furnace ensures the accurate control and measurement of the furnace temperature.<\/p>\n<p>The HTSH-1100 can operate under controlled environment conditions with inert or active gas (Ar, N<sub>2<\/sub>, O<sub>2<\/sub>, etc) and with variable pressures up to 2 bar relative. A quartz tube is supplied with the HTSH-1100 for performing measurements under controlled atmospheres. The HTSH-1100 base is fitted with a gas inlet\/outlet for gas flow.
