Le capteur sup\u00e9rieur est mont\u00e9 sur un axe z de haute pr\u00e9cision avec une course de 100 mm, tandis que le capteur inf\u00e9rieur est fixe \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la plateforme en granit. Les deux capteurs collectent des donn\u00e9es de hauteur synchronis\u00e9es avec les signaux des codeurs x-y et sont align\u00e9s axialement afin de garantir des mesures d&#039;\u00e9paisseur diff\u00e9rentielle pr\u00e9cises. Le logiciel g\u00e9n\u00e8re simultan\u00e9ment des profils 2D et des cartes 3D \u00e0 partir des surfaces sup\u00e9rieure et inf\u00e9rieure et calcule le profil ou la carte d&#039;\u00e9paisseur totale correspondante.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9placement utilise des moteurs lin\u00e9aires magn\u00e9tiques rapides et pr\u00e9cis. Le temps d&#039;inspection est minimis\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9clenchement des capteurs de lumi\u00e8re blanche chromatique \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence d&#039;\u00e9chantillonnage de 4 kHz. Ces capteurs offrent une r\u00e9solution axiale de 3 nm et une plage de mesure jusqu&#039;\u00e0 25 mm. Avec une plaque d&#039;adaptation sur l&#039;ouverture de la platine, le syst\u00e8me peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme un profilom\u00e8tre de surface optique standard. <strong>CT 350T <\/strong>le syst\u00e8me de mesure de surface et d&#039;\u00e9paisseur le plus polyvalent.
