Elle propose des options de capteurs grande surface haute r\u00e9solution de 1 et 4,2 m\u00e9gapixels (avec des pixels de 13 et 13,5 \u00b5m respectivement) pour une imagerie simultan\u00e9e \u00e0 haute gamme dynamique et haute r\u00e9solution spatiale dans les gammes VUV et rayons X mous.<\/p>\n<p>Une bride CF-152 rotative de 152 mm (6 pouces) avec joint \u00e0 ar\u00eate vive en 16 points assure une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 robuste et performante avec toute interface de chambre \u00e0 vide compatible.
