En OSP, et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour l&#039;OSP470, un faisceau laser est utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9tecter les variations de hauteur d&#039;une surface. L&#039;OSP470 permet de d\u00e9tecter des variations de hauteur inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 1 \u00b5m et jusqu&#039;\u00e0 10 mm. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 avec les autres modules disponibles sur le syst\u00e8me M470. La possibilit\u00e9 de monter la t\u00eate OSP470 avec n&#039;importe quelle sonde \u00e9lectrochimique du M470 facilite la combinaison des mesures OSP avec d&#039;autres techniques. De plus, les donn\u00e9es issues d&#039;une mesure OSP peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour effectuer des mesures \u00e0 distance constante avec les autres techniques du syst\u00e8me.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/biologic.net\/products\/m470\/\">M470<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;OSP permet de d\u00e9terminer la topographie de tout \u00e9chantillon. En analyse de mat\u00e9riaux, le logiciel M470 permet de d\u00e9terminer les param\u00e8tres de rugosit\u00e9 de surface d&#039;un \u00e9chantillon mesur\u00e9 lors d&#039;une exp\u00e9rience OSP. Dans le cadre d&#039;\u00e9tudes de corrosion, il permet de d\u00e9terminer la topographie d&#039;\u00e9chantillons piqu\u00e9s ou de mesurer l&#039;\u00e9paisseur des rev\u00eatements. Dans d&#039;autres domaines, comme l&#039;\u00e9tude des capteurs, l&#039;OSP permet de d\u00e9terminer le profil de hauteur de l&#039;\u00e9chantillon pour les mesures \u00e0 hauteur constante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/biologic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/osp_example.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10753\" src=\"https:\/\/biologic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/osp_example.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"467\" height=\"100\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Aper\u00e7u : Une technique de topographie facile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre, rapide et non destructive<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Rapide : Num\u00e9risation de zones de plus de 10\u00a0000 points en quelques minutes<\/li>\n<li>Non destructif : Il n&#039;y a aucun contact physique avec l&#039;\u00e9chantillon.<\/li>\n<li>Peut \u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 d&#039;autres techniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Technique topographique rapide et non destructive<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le module OSP470 offre la mesure topographique la plus rapide disponible sur le syst\u00e8me M470. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;utilisation d&#039;un laser, la mesure OSP peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e presque exclusivement \u00e0 haute vitesse en mode balayage. Ainsi, des balayages complets de plus de 10\u00a0000 points de donn\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en quelques minutes. De plus, et c&#039;est tout aussi important, la m\u00e9thode OSP est totalement non destructive\u00a0: aucun contact physique n&#039;est n\u00e9cessaire pendant la mesure.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme entr\u00e9e topographique pour toutes les mesures de suivi d&#039;altitude M470<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De nombreuses techniques d&#039;\u00e9lectrochimie par sonde \u00e0 balayage sont sensibles \u00e0 la distance. Par cons\u00e9quent, pour des \u00e9chantillons rugueux ou pr\u00e9sentant une inclinaison du fond, il peut \u00eatre difficile de maintenir un signal maximal tout au long du balayage.
