Lac-Beauport, November 28th 2013, SnowHouse Solutions has reached an agreement with BEC LLC to promote and distribute nanomechanical instruments in Canada.
The NanoScan Nanomechanical instrument series from BEC LLC are innovative precision nanomechanical testers intended for the advanced characterization of surface topography, elastic modulus mapping and for measuring the mechanical properties (including nanoindentation, micro indentation, scratch, wear, hardness and elastic modulus) of bulk materials and thin films on a submicron and nanometer scale with true insitu imaging.
According to Dr. Bertrand Veilleux, president of SnowHouse Solutions, “NanoScan testers are complementary to our nanotechnology products lines and in particular to our AFM systems. We are looking forward to offer this new technology to our research and industrial customers”.
